Sales Manager - Hydrovac & Utility Services

Position Overview:

Morales Professional Services is currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager for a client in the Utility locating and inspection industry, specializing in Hydrovac, CCTV Inspection, Jetting, and private utility locating. This role aims to drive the company's growth and success by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships. This position will build strong, long-term relationships with key clients. By utilizing their business acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base, increasing revenues, and expanding market territory in Cincinnati, Ohio and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Develop strong customer relationships through in-person contact, site visits, and other traditional sales activities. Meet or exceed goals established for a minimum number of sales calls and visits to new and existing customers.
• Client Support: Create service quotes for customers and track the outcomes. Attend job site meetings and maintain project one-call tickets. Document customer and job-related communication and activities. Use programs such as Building Connected, Procor, & Bon?re to ?nd upcoming work and bid on projects.
• Revenue Generation: Shall be responsible for achieving an assigned sales and pro?t goal emphasizing new account generation. Use business development tools such as Building Connected, PEC reports, etc., to ?nd upcoming bid opportunities. Forecast sales to assist in growth forecasting.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments. Utilize this information to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Tradeshows and Industry/Customer Events: Represent our company at relevant tradeshows, industry and client events, and conferences. Network with potential partners and industry peers to explore collaboration opportunities and stay informed about industry advancements.
• Manage speci?c projects from start to completion alongside the assigned Operations Manager in the field. Will build job tickets and dispatch as needed and perform ?eld site safety audits to support the company's safety culture e?ort.

Quali?cations:

Proven track record in partnership management, business development, and sales in same or closely aligned industry. Must have the following skills:

• Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
