Job Summary

\n

Leader responsible for market penetration through targeted Payroll campaigns that deliver incremental revenue from new and/or existing clients. As a Division Manager (DM), you will report to a regional Vice President (VP). DM’s must manage and achieve their Division’s productive sales goal on a monthly basis while managing and leading a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, which are responsible for the direct sell of Auris’s payroll solutions as well as related products offered in a specified region or major geographical area.

Your role as a DM is to recruit and interview TM and PCA candidates, deploy divisional communication, manage PCA/TM activity, develop TMs, build TM business plans, develop, manage, and enhance partnerships across internal teams and external organizations, fostering collaboration and adherence to corporate sales policies and objectives.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Responsible for recruiting and interviewing to continuously grow the sales team(s)
\n
• Responsible for managing region and holding team accountable for productive sales goals
\n
• Continuously support employees in the field to best understand their challenges and coach up when necessary
\n
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Salesforce.
\n
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
\n
• Provide status updates to VP and/or SVP
\n
• Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including Install Margin Goal %
\n
• Lead weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with team members
\n
• Conduct monthly team training sessions
\n
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
\n
• Successful completion of DMAP Training
\n
• Phase 1: Selling Metrics
\n
• Phase 2: Leadership Principles + Recruiting Training
\n
• Phase 3: Building a team
\n

Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n
• 18 years of age or older
\n
• Valid Driver’s License
\n
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
\n
• Successful completion of DMAP Training
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective speaking before groups
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain consistent sales results each month
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to take charge and complete objectives
\n
• Thorough understanding of how to effectively manage the entire sales cycle
\n
• Strong industry knowledge, as well as working knowledge of the sales process
\n
• Ability to develop innovative approaches to problem solving
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of formal training and/or relevant work experience

• At least 3-5 years of outside sales and sales management experience
