Our Opportunity: Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator provides marketing support by ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently and to company standard. These activities include tasks related to content creation, social media management, event planning, and market research, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. In addition, this role will support the Administrative Team with a variety of light administrative tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Designs and creates marketing materials including brochures, announcements, invitations, and forms Supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing Independently coordinates marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral Coordinates product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management Assists with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs, internal and external newsletter (Constant Contact) and public relations efforts Supports the proposal production process by compiling, editing, and assembling final documents for delivery. This also includes verifying and formatting proposal information and supporting the development of high-quality proposal responses through collaboration with Sr. Marketing Manager, technical lead and subject matter experts, as well as independently. Creates engaging text, image, and video content Edits and formats company resumes Provide external support at industry events with the ability to speak to Corenic’s capabilities and business verticals Carries out marketing activities such as maintaining current website information, social media posts, community and volunteer activities, corporate branding, image-wear, and promotional items with the Administrative and Marketing team Designs posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new services Oversees social media accounts’ layout Organizes/coordinates pre, during and post job pictures Reviews proposals prior to submission to ensure they are in line with Corenic standard guidelines, are error free and contain all the required components as outlined in the RFP/RFI Plans and coordinates with the Estimating team to layout process for bid submission and obtain the necessary information for bids including timelines, due dates, etc. Assists administrative team with tasks such as mail handling and postage, snack and coffee replenishing, answering phones and greeting guests/visitors, FedEx and shipping, and inventory The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communicationsor similar field 3-5 years of experience supporting a marketing team Prior experience with marketing tools and software Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or content creation Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms) Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software desired Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment We offer a wide range of benefits including: Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) Matching 401k with immediate eligibility Paid Holidays Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance and training programs Employee referral program Corenic Construction Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) .
