Order Support Returns Specialist

Description

The Global Support Team Representative is responsible for managing incoming support tickets via email regarding equipment return status. This position will create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), generate return shipping labels, and close customer cases for global customers. The role supports international customers and requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer support experience who enjoy problem-solving, email-based support, and working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email
• Track and provide updates on equipment returns
• Create and manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Generate return shipping labels and related documentation
• Update, manage, and close support cases
• Work across multiple systems to research and resolve customer issues
• Deliver professional and timely customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
