Working under the Head of Business Development, the Associate will help scale the firm’s relationship architecture, research emerging market opportunities, and drive client engagement across all core business line s. Primary Responsibil ementExecutive Partner ship: Work closely with the Head of Business Development to maintain, track, and deepen relationships across key client segm ents.Meeting & Event Sup port: Join pitch discussions, industry conferences, and client dinners; oversee immediate email follow-ups and logistical coordination for corporate entertain ment.Strategic Outr each: Systematically identify target sponsors, operators, and capital sources to build targeted business development campa rowthIndustry Rese arch: Track commercial real estate capital flows, transaction trends, and market developments to transform insights into actionable sales th eses.Cross-Platform Integra tion: Collaborate across internal brokerage, advisory, and investment teams to uncover cross-selling and strategic growth syner gies.Collateral & Content Prepara tion: Help draft customized pitch decks, executive briefing papers, and targeted outreach materials alongside marketing leader ship.Systems & Operational Su pportPipeline & CRM Manage ment: Maintain and structure pipeline activity, contact lists, and transaction notes in the corporate database (Salesforce / HubS pot).Campaign Logis tics: Partner with marketing channels on cold outreach initiatives, event follow-ups, and brand awareness eff orts.Candidate Qualifications & Desired Attri butesExperi ence: 2 to 5 years of post-undergraduate professional experience (open to 1+ year for high-potential candidates).
