Overview Field Sales Representative Food & Beverage Distribution | Houston, TX | Road-Sales | OTE: $75,000++ Are you a sales hunter who knows the food and beverage distribution world inside and out? We are partnering with a well-established, family-run food distribution company experiencing a serious growth phase. They move product across both ethnic and mainstream grocery channels and are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who can hit the ground running with existing relationships and a hunter mentality for new business. You will own a book of business, manage key accounts, and be the face of the company to buyers and store-level decision makers. This is a role for someone who thrives on the road, knows how to read a planogram, and isn’t afraid of a cold call. What You Will Be Doing: Presenting, promoting, and selling company products to new and existing customers Building and maintaining strong relationships across ethnic and mainstream grocery accounts Prospecting and cold calling to develop new business Analyzing sales and customer data using Tableau to identify growth opportunities Meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs Maintaining planogram compliance and securing off-shelf display placement Resolving customer issues quickly to protect satisfaction and retention Reporting market trends, competitive activity, and new product opportunities back to management What You Bring: 2+ years of proven sales experience; food and beverage distribution strongly preferred Experience with Repsly or a similar CRM platform Strong grasp of sales pipeline management and modern sales techniques Comfortable with Excel and order writing systems Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred A clean DMV record and reliable vehicle for multi-location travel Ability to lift 40+ lbs Sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills What Is In It For You: $60,000 base salary plus 20% monthly bonus Gas and car allowance 401(k) with company match Full health, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance Paid time off and parental leave A true family culture backed by a company investing heavily in its growth EEO / Notice MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
