Healey Brothers is looking for an experienced and energetic candidate who will join our service team at our brand new, state of the art facility at Healey Brothers Hyundai in Fishkill, NY. This employee's main role will consist of Service Advising. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' prior automotive/service advisor experience. This position is a Full-Time position. It sits on site at our brand-new Healey Brothers Hyundai location in Fishkill, NY. The schedule for this position is generally a daytime 8-hour shift 5-6 days a week. At Healey Brothers we offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Match Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays Life Insurance FSA and DCA Accounts No Cost Disability and Short-Term Disability Weekly Pay Discounted Vehicle, Service, and Parts Purchases And more! 2 years documented experience in a dealership atmosphere or in a Service Advisor position (applicants without dealership experience will not be considered) General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Professional certification from the Nation Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is preferred but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license 2 years plus documented customer service skills in a customer facing environment Provide a high-level customer experience to all our customers and guests Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and receive vehicle information Listen to the customer regarding the service desired and clearly explain information the repair order Refer the technician to the customer and/or test drive the vehicle to confirm the source of the repairs Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, considering the customer's schedule Handle customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfactions Periodically check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contact the customer when technicians discover any additional issues Receive customer approval to do any additional work and explain to the customer the work being performed and the cost associated with the work Utilizing cutting-edge automotive technology and training to give our customers a seamless, stress-free experience to earn their business for life.
