$125,500 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads to build a robust client base.
• Work closely with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and successful closing.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual growth.
• Continuously develop your skills through training and mentorship opportunities.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments.
• Utilize proven systems to efficiently manage transactions and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and transaction management is a plus.
