Front of House (FOH) Manager – Tin Drum Asian Kitchen (Decatur)
Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and high-energy environments? Tin Drum Asian Kitchen in Decatur is looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our service team and ensure every guest receives a top-tier experience.
We are looking for a professional who can balance operational excellence with a welcoming, "streetside" personality.
The Role: FOH Manager
As the FOH Manager, you are the face of the restaurant and the coach of the floor team. You will oversee daily operations, manage guest relations, and maintain the vibrant atmosphere that defines Tin Drum.
Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour plus tips (commensurate with experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Team: Supervise, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Guest Experience: Resolve guest concerns with grace and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied.
- Operational Oversight: Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and floor organization.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and branding throughout the dining area.
Requirements:
- Mature Leadership: Must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of the position and operational responsibilities.
- Full Availability: Must be flexible to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Serious Inquiries Only: We are seeking a dedicated professional looking for a stable, long-term leadership role.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
- Experience: Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
