Internal Communications Specialist

To support organizational priorities, the full-time Internal Communications Specialist will develop and execute targeted communication strategies and collateral, collaborating with leadership and team members in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify communication priorities with entity leaders and create written and multimedia materials to promote key institutional news Manage tasks and small projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of communication strategies Assist in event production and employee engagement activities while analyzing metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or related fields 1+ year of experience in an internal or communications role within a corporate setting Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion Experience with MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred Preferred experience with analytics tracking programs, including Google Analytics Virtual Vocations Inc
