Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to support strategic messaging and content development for a leading financial services organization. This role partners with teams across the business to create clear, audience-focused communications that align with brand standards and business priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong editorial judgment, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while producing clear, effective content for a range of stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Develop and refine internal and external marketing communications that present complex financial topics in a clear, consistent, and engaging way.• Partner with colleagues across departments to gather input, align messaging, and ensure communications reflect shared business objectives.• Coordinate review and approval workflows for content, keeping projects on schedule and maintaining high editorial standards throughout the process.• Maintain communication plans and content calendars to support timely delivery of campaigns, announcements, and stakeholder updates.• Research information from multiple business sources, synthesize key points, and translate findings into effective written materials.• Track engagement results and communication metrics to identify trends and improve future outreach and content strategies.• Support email campaigns and other digital communications using marketing automation, CRM, and survey platforms.• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by organizing content assets, managing edits, and helping teams execute communication projects efficiently.
