Staff Accountant

Firm in Marin is seeking a new member for their accounting team. The successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, sensitivity to deadlines and be able to handle highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must as is the desire and ability to identify, recommend and lead improvements. Candidate must work well individually as well as part of a team, be flexible and willing to accept new challenges. This is an onsite role with the ability to work a 4/1 schedule after 3 months of onboarding. This company offers great benefits and culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Advent APX, HedgeFacts, Sage AccPac experience helpful Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel Strong working knowledge of accounting principles Experience working with investments or portfolio accounting a plus Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt as new duties and technology evolve Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic Solid reconciliation and analysis skills Ability to exercise judgment to support and document conclusions Outstanding time management and organizational skills Perform other special projects as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Renowned Recruitment Group
