Warehouse SupervisorEaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in El Paso TX.The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What You'll Do:The Warehouse Supervisor is a key role in ensuring inventory compliance. This role will be responsible for providing training, continuous improvement, and quality products and services. They will administer organization policies and support plant objectives, drive the processes in department through the Eaton Business systems, assist the plant leadership team in the development of processes to maintain inventory, and reduce overall costs and exceed the customer's expectations. Job duties include:Lead and develop Inventory Control Department; establish goals, objectives and deadlinesWork closely with the warehouse staff to ensure process complianceClassify materials (Obsolete, Excess, POU)Support the continuous improvement strategy of the organizationMaintain an inventory accuracy rate of at least 98% both physically and with the ERP systemsEnsure accurate and timely reconciliation of store physical inventoriesOversee and coordinate inventory counts and yearly inventory audits.Own cycle count process and comply with daily cycle count scheduleManage and develop cycle count staffEnsure compliance with all safety and security policies within the warehouseCreate and maintain standard work for material flowMRP Site LeaderPerform other tasks as requiredQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply ChainMust be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the futureNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered.
