Senior Analytics Analyst

Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Analytics Analyst will lead reporting, analysis, automation, and quality assurance efforts remotely to support strategic decision-making across the Revenue Cycle Organization. Key responsibilities Design and deliver recurring Power BI and ad-hoc Excel reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely insights for business-critical decisions Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and translate findings into concise summaries for leadership Utilize SQL, Python, and AI tools to automate reporting workflows and implement process enhancements for operational efficiency Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role with complex datasets Expertise in SQL across platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Advanced experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and AI-assisted development tools Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics Virtual Vocations Inc
