Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,412 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire.

This is a High Acuity Med Surge floor/ Respiratory Care Unit 

2+ years of experience in ms/tele
Common Patient Diagnoses: PNA, COPD exac, GI Bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end of life, wounds, etc. 
EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required 

Shift: Nights 3x12s BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NIHSS Will need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% Floating to sister fcilities required
