Position Overview

Royal Wellbeing Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Red Bank, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities to establish baseline measures and to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and advanced modalities to restore functional movement, alleviate pain, and promote recovery.
• Document patient assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes meticulously to track progress and adjust therapeutic goals as necessary.
• Engage patients in their own care by educating them about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to enhance self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and primary care providers, to ensure a comprehensive care approach.
• Train patients, caregivers, and family members on the use of assistive devices and therapeutic techniques to support ongoing rehabilitation efforts.
• Stay current on industry best practices by attending professional development workshops and participating in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our aim is to develop strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and empower patients throughout their recovery process, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, facilitating patient engagement and collaboration.
• Proficient in electronic health records and basic computer applications for meticulous documentation and patient management.
• Highly adaptable with a focus on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, showcasing a track record of facilitating positive patient outcomes in a rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with specialized populations, such as pediatrics or geriatrics, as well as knowledge in using advanced treatment modalities, is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
