Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Recruiter, where your enthusiasm and talent management skills will drive our hiring success! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to develop your recruiting expertise in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us connect with candidates and build lasting relationships that support our company's growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive HR sourcing to identify qualified candidates through social media management, job boards, and research. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating assessments. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Engage in talent acquisition efforts for both internal and external recruiting initiatives, including campus recruitment and executive search. Negotiate employment contracts and offers with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Support employee orientation, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, including technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or executive recruiting. Strong negotiation, communication skills, and relationship management abilities. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with Workday or ADP is a plus. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Ability to conduct effective interviewing and cold calling to generate leads and build candidate pipelines. Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding efforts. Understanding of HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous. Application Question(s) Please do not apply if your resume does not have any staffing background.
