Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing EngineerResponsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality. This role develops and writes equipment and process standards, troubleshoots process and equipment problems, and assists in the development of new products. Will work closely with project management and cross-functional teams to support installations, new launches, and special/capital projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement throughout the plant. Will have a role in the development of equipment PM's. May use CAD for tooling, jig, and/or fixture design. Strong mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of AUTOCAD and/or other computer-aided design tools. Nice to Have - 2+ years of experience in manufacturing is a plus. Experience with machining. Robotics/PLC knowledgeEntry LevelThis is a contract to hire position based out of Paris, KY.The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
