Title
Cath Lab RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Schedule
On-call requirement: 2 nights/week (post-shift) + 1 weekend every 2 weeks. Orientation: 40 hours.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: Not specified. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified.

Requirements
- CA license must be in hand.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- 2 years of cath lab experience preferred; 1.5 years is a hard stop.
- Epic charting experience required.
- Neuro skills highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the cardiac catheterization lab setting.
- Assist with interventional and diagnostic procedures including PCI/angioplasty and left/right heart catheterizations.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and manage procedural sedations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in the cath lab environment.
- Participate in patient education regarding procedures and recovery.

Compliance / Notes
- Candidates must disclose any background/license issues at the time of submission.
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day).
- LA Fire Card within the last 30 days required at candidate's expense.
- Pre-start training modules are required, averaging 16 hours; over 20 hours requires prior approval.
