Our client is a leading retained executive search firm specialising in placing senior leadership talent within VC-backed technology companies , from Seed to Series D . They are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to lead executive search assignments across Product and Engineering leadership markets.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced executive search professional who can manage retained searches, build trusted client relationships, and deliver exceptional executive talent within high-growth technology businesses. Working Model 100% Remote Preferred candidates will be based in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Missouri, Massachusetts, or California , with core working hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm ET . What You'll Be Recruiting You will specialise in executive-level recruitment across:- Product Leadership
- Engineering Leadership
- Lead retained executive search assignments from kickoff through to successful placement.
- Partner closely with clients to understand leadership hiring requirements.
- Source, engage, and assess senior Product and Engineering executives.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies and market maps.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level candidate networks.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the executive search process.
- Provide clients with market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with the wider executive search team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate search documentation and candidate records.
- Proven experience within Executive Search , preferably recruiting senior Product and Engineering leaders.
- Strong track record delivering retained executive search assignments.
- Experience recruiting within VC-backed technology businesses is highly desirable.
- Excellent executive-level candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong market mapping, research, and headhunting capabilities.
- Commercially minded with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple executive searches simultaneously.
- Competitive base salary (negotiable depending on experience).
- 12.5% commission on total search fees.
- 100% remote working.
