We're looking for an experienced Prep Cook who takes pride in quality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative kitchen team.

What You'll Do

 
As a Prep Cook, you'll help ensure the kitchen is stocked, organized, and ready for service each day by:

 

• Preparing ingredients according to recipes and Chef specifications
• Washing, cutting, measuring, mixing, and portioning food
• Maintaining freshness through proper labeling, dating, and product rotation
• Receiving and organizing deliveries
• Assisting with inventory and communicating low stock levels
• Preparing sauces, proteins, vegetables, doughs, and other menu components
• Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keeping workstations, storage areas, and walk-ins clean and organized
• Working closely with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assisting with additional kitchen duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who

 

• Has at least 2 years of prep cook or professional kitchen experience
• Possesses strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Can multitask while maintaining quality and consistency
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Communicates effectively and enjoys working as part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every shift

ServeSafe or Food Handler Certification is a plus, but not required to start.

Physical Requirements

 
This position requires the ability to:

 

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Safely use kitchen equipment and sharp knives
• Work in hot, cold, and fast-paced kitchen environments
