This is not just a leadership role — it’s a working position that requires daily presence on the line, collaboration with the team, and direct involvement in every aspect of the kitchen. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both creativity and discipline to the kitchen.
