Staff Accountant

At Creative Solutions in Healthcare, we’re seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to ensure sound financial reporting and support across our long-term care facilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate with regional leaders, maintain high accounting standards, and contribute to our mission of exceptional care. Your Impact as a Staff Accountant As a key member of our Accounting team, you will: * Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis * Maintain and update prepaid schedules, fixed asset records, and variance explanations * Prepare financial reports and variance analyses across multiple facilities * Track and analyze performance trends and key metrics by facility and region * Communicate financial insights to Area Directors and facility leaders * Support the Controller with special projects and ad hoc reporting What Makes You a Great Fit Required: * 3–5 years of financial reporting experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Experience with major ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred) Highly Preferred: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field * Experience in senior healthcare or long-term care * Familiarity with multi-entity financial reporting * Strong analytical and communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Why Choose Creative Solutions in Healthcare?
