Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our therapists take a client-centered approach, adapting treatment strategies based on unique needs and goals. You will work closely with clients of different ages and backgrounds, providing the personalized care essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

The requirements for this role include:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meaningful therapeutic interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition:
