Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

• Ensure that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to significant client progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
• Deliver direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversight of assigned cases, and consultation for cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors.
• Support the professional development of your clinical team, offering mentorship and feedback to foster the growth of Program Managers and Interventionists.
• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week, 110 hours per month).
• Oversee the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours per week (120 hours per month).
• Provide clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to uphold treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients and funding sources.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to create and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Document and supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatment strategies.
• Offer constructive feedback and performance assessments to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and collaborate with school personnel as needed.

• Strong knowledge of ABA and clinical practices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage client appointments and team meetings reliably.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management abilities, balancing billable and non-billable hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Team-oriented with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred.
