Customer Service Advocate II

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Advocate II will manage non-routine inquiries, perform research to resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments as needed. Key responsibilities Respond accurately and timely to customer inquiries via various communication channels while documenting interactions Initiate adjustments and perform research to resolve inquiries, collaborating with other departments as necessary Provide feedback to management on customer issues and maintain accurate records of complaints and suggestions for process improvements Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to handle high-stress situations and demonstrate good judgment Strong customer service skills with the ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills
