A skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Dayton, Ohio, is hiring a Director of Admissions and Marketing. This is a hands-on Director of Admissions and Marketing role, and it's the right fit for someone who knows how to build hospital and community referral relationships and grow census in a skilled nursing setting. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required for this position.

As Director of Admissions and Marketing, you'll own the front door of our building — from first referral call to move-in day. Our center offers both short-term Rehab-to-Home services and long-term care, plus a dedicated Ventilator and Respiratory Care Unit that sets us apart from other facilities in the Dayton area. The Director of Admissions and Marketing who succeeds here will use those strengths to drive admissions and raise census.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full admissions process — referrals, insurance verification, tours, and move-ins

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sources

• Market the facility's programs, including short-term rehab and the ventilator/respiratory unit, to grow census

• Track census, referral, and conversion numbers and report on admissions performance

• Work closely with the Administrator and clinical team to make sure every admission is a smooth one

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting is required

• Experience in admissions, marketing, or census development in a nursing home setting
