Front Desk Coordinator

Role Description: The Front Desk Coordinator is a part time, on-site role based at Lucid Head Spa in Solana Beach, CA. This position is responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and serving as the primary point of contact for in-person, phone, and online inquiries. Daily responsibilities include welcoming and checking in guests, guests, maintaining clean and organized entry area, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with spa staff to support smooth operations. The Front Desk Coordinator also helps keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized, provides information about services and products, and assists with administrative tasks such as inventory support. This role plays a key part in ensuring each guest has a positive experience from arrival through departure. Qualifications Weekend availability on both Saturdays 9:30am-6:30pm and Sundays 10:30am-4:30pm Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Prior front desk, spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is preferred.
