Production Manager — Roofing, Siding, Gutters & Windows

Gallagher Roofing & Exteriors — Springfield, MO Full-Time | $70K–$85K | Base + Incentives

About the Role

Gallagher Roofing & Exteriors is expanding into Springfield, and we're hiring a hands-on Production Manager to run day-to-day field operations as we build out this market.

This is not a desk job.

You'll lead roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, gutter, and window projects from material order to final walkthrough — making sure every install is clean, on time, and high quality, with a homeowner experience that earns referrals.

We're looking for someone organized, accountable, and field-focused who takes pride in running tight, professional job sites. If you know how to manage crews, solve problems fast, and keep jobs moving without constant oversight, you'll thrive here — and you'll have unusual ownership over how this location runs as we grow it.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Daily Production Leadership

• Manage residential roofing, siding, gutter, and window projects from start to finish
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor crews, materials, and dumpsters
• Keep jobs on schedule and within budget

Field Quality & Jobsite Management

• Perform jobsite quality control and safety checks
• Confirm installs meet manufacturer specs and local code
• Complete punch lists and final walkthroughs
• Handle repair diagnostics and warranty follow-ups

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the bridge between sales, office, crews, and homeowners
• Keep customers informed throughout the project
• Document photos, notes, and updates daily in ServiceTitan
• Resolve field issues quickly and professionally

Systems & Tracking

• Run jobs end-to-end in ServiceTitan (CRM & production tracking)
• Monitor job costs, supplements, and change orders
• Confirm materials and labor align with contract scope
• Maintain clean documentation and job files

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with pre-job planning and measurements
• Manage material orders and deliveries
• Occasionally assist with emergency tarping or small repairs
• Identify upgrade opportunities (ventilation, gutters, etc.)

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $60K–$70K (DOE)
• Performance & Production Incentives

Requirements

• 2+ years residential roofing production or project management
• Siding/gutters/windows experience strongly preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable on ladders and walking roofs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Spanish a plus

Schedule

• Monday–Friday field operations
• Occasional Saturday check-ins if needed
• Start/end at the Springfield office
• Year-round work
