A Sales Professional in the Rolex Boutique is accountable for creating best in class experiences through brand ambassadorship with consistency and finesse. A key focus of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, demonstrating passion for the brand, appealing environments, and supporting brand and company initiatives. Primary Job Responsibilities Provide a welcoming and luxurious environment for customers. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness. Engage with customers, understand their needs, and build trust. Implement brand strategies and maintain luxury product presentation. Efficiently close sales and collect client information for future interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Focus on clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships. Accept feedback from managers to improve sales performance. Additional Requirements Adhere to security procedures and dress code policies. Collaborate with team members and maintain store cleanliness. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
