Team members join a culture that values professionalism, guest satisfaction, and long-term success.We are now hiring a Gm for one of our Limited service hotels Role Description The Hotel General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in northeast Atlanta area. The Brand New Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Bethlehem Ga opening in August responsible for overseeing all hotel operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role includes managing daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supervising department leaders, and coordinating staffing schedules to maintain service standards. The General Manager monitors financial performance, manages budgets, and supports revenue and cost-control strategies. Daily responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations, resolving guest issues, overseeing food and beverage operations, and collaborating with ownership on long-term business plans. The role requires active presence throughout the property, clear communication with team members, and consistent leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Qualifications: . Must possess strong leadership skills Demonstrated skills in General Management and Business Management, including leading teams, setting operational priorities, and aligning hotel performance with organizational goals. Strong Customer Service experience, with proven ability to handle guest concerns, maintain high satisfaction scores, and foster a service-focused culture. Competence in Budgeting and financial oversight, including forecasting, expense control, and performance reporting.services, and ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Relevant background in hotel management, preferably with prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with hotel management systems Marriott or Hilton Preffered and basic office software; experience with revenue management tools is required Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monaco Hospitality
