Customer Service Representative

Up to $21/Hour for a Customer Service Representative! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18-$21/hour What You'll Do

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers and vendorsanswering calls, resolving issues, and building relationships.
• Handle scheduling, service verification, follow-up calls, and service coordination.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Use our internal system to log all customer interactions and track service tickets.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
• Participate in our emergency call rotation (one week/month)you'll be equipped with a company laptop and phone.
• The Department is staffed 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday although emergency calls are accepted 24/7/365.

Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in customer service, ideally in a call center, hospitality, construction, or facilities environment. Education: Associate's Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent experience. Skills & Strengths:

• You're quick-thinking, cool under pressure, and solution-oriented.
• Strong multitasker comfortable managing multiple computer screens and priorities.
• Excellent communicator who listens deeply and speaks clearly.
• Tech-savvy confident using Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and eager to learn our proprietary software.
• You deliver world-class service and genuinely care about the customer experience.
• Bonus: Negotiation skills and a knack for building long-term relationships.
