Job Description

iboss is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market execution. The Vice President of Marketing will play a critical role in accelerating iboss's growth by strengthening brand awareness, driving pipeline growth, and reinforcing iboss's position as a leader in Zero Trust SASE and cloud security. This is a high-visibility executive role reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Sales Engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets
\n
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization across brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, digital, and communications
\n
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy
\n
• Define and evolve iboss's brand identity, messaging, and market positioning within the competitive SASE and cybersecurity landscape
\n
• Elevate iboss's visibility and thought leadership through PR, analyst relations, industry events, and executive visibility programs
\n
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints, from enterprise and public sector to education
\n
• Own and optimize the marketing funnel, driving qualified pipeline in partnership with Sales leadership
\n
• Lead multi-channel demand generation programs, including digital marketing, ABM, events, partner marketing, and content marketing
\n
• Establish clear KPIs and reporting to measure marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness
\n
• Partner with Product and Sales Engineering teams to craft compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates iboss's Zero Trust SASE platform from appliance-based and legacy competitors
\n
• Support go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases
\n
• Ensure sales enablement materials effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and customers, including large enterprise and Fortune 50 accounts
\n
• Build and manage relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) to strengthen iboss's positioning in the SASE and SSE categories
\n
• Represent iboss at industry conferences, webinars, and events
\n
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class marketing team
\n
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across programs and channels
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing executive role ( Senior Director of Marketing, VP of Marketing, or similar) at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
\n
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing organizations that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
\n
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity, networking, or cloud security industry (SASE, Zero Trust, SSE experience strongly preferred)
\n
• Experience working closely with Sales and Sales Engineering leadership in a high-growth, competitive B2B environment
\n
• Strong background in brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and analyst relations
\n
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills
\n
• Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
\n
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
\n
