Data Entry Specialist

Data Entry Specialist Midway Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a secure records-management operation. This position is primarily seated and involves accurately entering information from medical records into a proprietary database while meeting productivity and quality standards. Although most of the work is performed at a workstation, candidates must be comfortable lifting and transporting document boxes throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Retrieve medical files from storage boxes and enter required information into the client database Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy while performing data entry Carry document boxes (3050 lbs) between pallets and workstations every 57 minutes Return files to the appropriate storage boxes after processing Use company computer systems to accurately track and process records Follow all confidentiality, security, and quality procedures Requirements Strong data entry and computer skills Ability to maintain approximately 10,000 keystrokes per hour with a high level of accuracy Ability to lift and carry 3050 lbs up to 20 feet throughout the shift Ability to lift boxes from 1345 inches in height Comfortable sitting for extended periods while performing repetitive keyboard work Ability to read and write English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Protective steel-toe boots required What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Weekly pay Long-term opportunities with potential for permanent hire Stable schedule and growth-oriented work environment Midway Staffing is a dynamic and rapidly growing staffing organization committed to connecting top talent with leading employers nationwide.
