Job Title Referral Coordinator – General Surgery Location & Schedule New Albany, Indiana – Full Time, First Shift Responsibilities Under general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communicates appointment status, including organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorizations, and updating patients and providers. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent – required Excellent verbal and written communication skills – required Other education preferred Computer skills preferred Desired Experience Experience in administrative, clerical, insurance, scheduling, appointment scheduling, or front office work.
