Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in beautiful, sunny San Diego, California. You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to making a lasting difference where it matters most. Licensed in another state? Great! We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a critical federal program. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.What You'll DoProvide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care.Qualifications Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.Ability to work onsite in San Diego, California.U.S. Citizen.Preferred QualificationsExperience with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.Why Join Blue Rose?
