As a Call By Call Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Our Ideal Candidate: Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In-Home Sales Strong leadership and management skills Dependable self-starter, motivated Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient in Service Titan software Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement and customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Working with the Sales Manager to develop the service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
