Bilingual Care Manager for Family & Community Support
Child Center of NY
The Child Center of NY is seeking a Care Manager (Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin) in New York, NY. The Resource Coordinator works on an interdisciplinary team to coordinate medical, social, and behavioral health services for enrolled families, with home visits required in Queens or Long Island.
