Analyst, Accounts Receivable (Hybrid)

What You Will Do Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, and comply with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. Qualifications You Must Have A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions. 2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment. We Prefer Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule‑driven environment. Experience working with SAP is a plus. Experience with invoicing based on cost. Ability to support multiple time zones. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams.
