Finance Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business performance reports including financial results, key metrics, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial performance and present insights and recommendations to senior management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Assist with strategic projects and M&A activities, including due diligence and post-transaction support

Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Use Microsoft Excel proficiently for financial modeling and reporting
• Work effectively with accounting systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
• Communicate clearly in both English and Korean; bilingual proficiency is preferred
• Supervise financial reporting processes and support cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Bring 5+ years of direct experience in finance and/or accounting; public accounting experience is preferred
• Possess 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience in a financial role
• Maintain or be working toward CPA, CMA, or CFA certification; certification is preferred but not required
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through cost analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio review
