R&D Tax Consultant (remote, 20 days PTO)

Leonid Group is working with one of the fastest growing tax credit consultancies in the US, to provide experienced Consultants, specialised in tax credits.

We are looking for a candidate with previous R&D Tax experience who is looking for a role offering huge development and progression opportunities! You will join a team welcoming of new ideas, initiatives, and a very meritocratic environment.

Job Description

• Understanding from a technical perspective the intricate R&D operations of your client
• Writing comprehensive technical and financial reports to procure R&D Tax credits
• Support Senior members of the team to deliver work to US clients
• Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
• Take initiative to develop and progress your skillset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or technical degree from an accredited college or university
• A passion for R&D tax credits
• Strong skills in tax research and technical writing
• Knowledge of Research and Development Tax issues and working with multi-sector clients to maximize their R&D Tax benefit/ or strong interest in developing this knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; dealing with clients at C-Suite level to line executives
• Innovative mindset and ability to ‘think outside the box’. Entrepreneurial approach to create opportunities and problem-solving ability
