Overview Valet Driver – Banker's Alley, Nashville. Responsible for parking & retrieving guest vehicles and providing hospitality services to guests, co‑workers, and clients for Towne Park. Key Responsibilities Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet and welcome guests using appropriate salutations. Operate vehicles safely, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage and bell services. Provide guests with directions, reservations, taxi assistance, and information about amenities and local attractions. Process parking rates, issue claim checks, maintain ticketing information and calculate revenue. Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested and shuttle guests to approved locations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license for the state of employment. Minimum one month of related experience or training. Ability to read and write standard English; comprehend simple instructions; perform basic math operations. Knowledge of customer service principles; ability to provide information to guests. Manual transmission operation and parallel parking desirable. Experience with 24‑hour time systems and rate calculations. Employment Details Hourly base pay: $9.00 per hour plus tips. Potential schedule: weekdays, weekends, holidays; all shifts with overnight preferred. Bonus pay for select shifts.
