We're looking for a driven Regional Account Manager (RAM) based in or near Houston, TX to lead sales growth across our Mid-Southern territory. This role requires regular travel throughout the region and close collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a small but dynamic, privately held company where relationships, responsiveness, and results truly matter.

What You'll Do:

• Grow and retain existing business while developing new customer opportunities throughout the region.
• Build strong partnerships with distributors, end-users, and channel partners through consistent engagement and support.
• Manage and develop opportunities through the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers and distributors.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across the territory.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Leadership to support regional and national growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• A high-energy, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
• Experience in account management, business development, or outside sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling, territory development, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
• Integrity, accountability, and a passion for delivering results.

Location Requirement:

• This role must be based in or very near Houston, TX, with the ability to travel throughout the Mid-Southern region up to 50%.
