Proposal Coordinator

Proposal Coordinator (Irvine, CA) [PC-IRV] Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator in Irvine, CA, to support the business development group, project managers, and technical staff. We seek a self‑motivated individual to manage request for proposal (RFP) responses and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Coordinate, develop, and deliver RFP responses, presentations, and other documents such as RFCs and SOQs. Create documents that address RFP requirements with clarity, thoroughness, and persuasiveness. Collaborate with business development and technical staff to manage proposal responses, develop strategy, response, and pricing. Write and edit proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and submit them to reviewers on time. Conduct internal meetings to discuss proposal progress and action items. Establish and manage deadlines, coordinating with company resources to meet challenging RFP timelines. Develop marketing materials and assist in the coordination of shortlist presentation materials, including formatting PowerPoint slide decks. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in environmental, geotechnical consulting, or construction firms; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; proficiency in InDesign, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and database management; familiarity with Deltek Vision is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, effective communication, and strong time‑management skills. Benefits: Comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
