Shift: 12-Hour Shifts - 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Operators to join our manufacturing team in Maiden, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of machine operation experience, a strong work ethic, and a proven history of stable employment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns to supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Assist with material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous forklift experience is preferred.
- Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
