Remote BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Description & Requirements Full time hourly remote position. Hours will be scheduled based on client needs and your availability within this limit. The minimum availability requirement for this role is five weekdays of availability in at least two time-blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be assigned in partnership with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning. Hourly Rate: Starting at $45 Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state) Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Company Description About Intercare Therapy: Intercare Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders. The role requires occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings as needed Reports to Regional Clinical Director Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their families Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and case reviews Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approximately 20-30% travel requirement) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using electronic health record systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Intercare Therapy, Inc.
