AP Specialist - Construction

Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume AP environment . What you'll be doing: Process 1,000-1,200 invoices per month Weekly check runs Employee expense reports & check requests Vendor statement reconciliations Track preliminary notices Assist with annual 1099 processing Support other accounting projects as needed What we're looking for: 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Construction experience preferred Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus, not required Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Proactive, organized, and team-oriented All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
