Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and competent psychiatric nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to their needs during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
