Security Officer Security Clearance Field Patrol

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Field Patrol in Buffalo, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity in accordance with site protocols.
Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by assisting with routine inquiries, observing site conditions, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
