Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team focused on people first.

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe daily activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
